We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage various IT projects and initiatives throughout the HII Group. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a thorough understanding of project management and usage of project management tools for management and reporting. Must demonstrate ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions, as well as interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Oversee and coordinate IT projects to design, develop, configure, implement and manage SAP ERP and CRM systems. Execute projects to align SAP solution components with end-to-end business processes and other enterprise architecture. Design and manage requirements gathering for SAP global template process, Salesforce, and Servicemax systems. Functional configuration and integration of SAP modules including Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Implement, integrate with SAP, and maintain SAP BOBJ Reporting tool and Vertex Tax system. Integrate other applications to core SAP modules, including ADP, Timesheet, ExpenseWire, Adobe interactive forms, Jitterbit middleware tool, OCR-Denied Party Screening, Globe Trade Control, Esker Accounts Payable, Automation integration, SAP Litmos training tool, Conga contract management and Jedox Budget and Forecasting tool. Design and implement ShipERP Transport Management Systems, RFGEN scanner and Loftware label solutions. Design and coordinate with technical team for object development, system configuration, unit testing, integration testing and authorization design. Design and coordinate with security team for role build and creation of user training manual. Develop guidelines and policy recommendations for transformation and project success criteria. Develop and implement sustainable models and optimal business processes, and evaluate process integrity.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Bachelor's of Science degree in computer science, computer engineering or closely related field.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills are required.
