RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is looking for IT Managers to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our top Fortune 25 clients in Dallas, TX.Day to day responsibilities:

• IT Managers will plan and direct daily activities of team
• Develop appropriate processes
• Interface and communicate with Senior Leadership, Operations, Product Owners, and other internal IT Teams
• Manage production systems and processes and ensure they are operational
• Elevate/Escalate issues as necessary and determine impact, communicate as appropriate
• As an IT Manager, you will prioritize, resolve, provide direction on complex application and environment issues
• Create regular management reports on production support performance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a leader position in IT managing people
• Leadership and Management
• Problems solving and solution
• Clear communication at targeted audience
• Software Skills Required: Java, Linux OS, JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, Spring Batch Framework, Soap web service, Jenkins, Subversion Configuration Management

Preferred Skills/Experience: Production Support Experience:

• Time management
• Mentor
• Grow individual team members
