Compensation: $76,462.26/Annually

Intensive Behavioral Rehabilitation Program Director is responsible for the design and implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis treatment programs for adults in program. The Director manages the treatment implementation team and provides training to all team members. The Director is responsible for overseeing data collection and reporting to ensure that the most effective treatment program is in place for all patients. The Director must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Must obtain a valid drivers license at the time of hire with the ability to obtain and maintain a Class E MO driver's license by the end of the 60 day introductory period.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working primarily Monday-Friday, some weekends may be required as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - JOB SPECIFIC

* Development and implementation of the following processes, however, including but not limited to, behavior treatment programs, Tickler System, support plans, and data collections systems, ensure all programs are managed in compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards
* Conduct functional assessments, stimulus preference assessments, and develop effective reinforcement systems
* Ensure the residents are receiving all required medical and psychiatric care
* Ensure that all records are accurate and current
* Conduct routine meetings with consumers and staff in order to give the residents a voice in the operation of their home
* Coordinate, monitor, and comply with financial activity and policies, including but not limited to, corporate and consumers needs
* Exercise independent judgment and take actions to ensure risks to clients are minimized
* Provide supervision and developmental feedback for Community Living Supervisors
* Act as a resource for the Qualified Development Disability Professional and team members
* Provide on call support, which may require the need work unplanned absences, cover call-ins, vacations for shifts, along with being included in ratio coverage
* Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

* Oversee day to day operations and tasks of supervisees
* Complete performance development/AIM process
* Timecard Management - Manages time sheets
* Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals
* Clinical oversight

WORKING CONDITIONS & EXPOSURE RISK

Operating vehicles or machinery



* Master's degree required
* Doctorate degree preferred

QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

* At least two years of equivalent experience required
* Supervisory experience preferred
* Knowledge of windows-based software preferred
* Proficient writing, speaking and communication skills preferred

QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
* Certified Medication Technician I (will be provided by the organization)
* Must obtain a Class E MO driver's license by the end of the 60-day introductory period.
* Certified Red Cross or AHA APR/First Aid (will be provided by the organization)
* Must meet qualifications to obtain Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification, along with the ability to implement when needed (will be provided by the organization)
