Immediate need for a talented Instructional Designer.
Thisis a Remote Contract-to-Hire opportunity with long-term potential.
Compensation based on experience. Hourly or on a projectbasis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrated proficiency in all phases of learning design& development including requirements gathering, analysis, design,development, testing, deployment, and evaluation
Recommend and/or design learning approaches for operational, professional development, and compliance needs.
* Consults with subject matter experts and business leadersto translate expertise and requirements into learning and training solutionsincluding formal, informal, and curated learning solutions.
* Serves as subject matter expert on instructional designand instructional design technologies.
* Develops e-learning content, facilitator guides,PowerPoint slides, and digital media content as appropriate.
* Partners on content validation efforts for each step inthe Learning Design process.
* Leads evaluation process design to maximize feedback oncontent and outcomes from learning.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
* Bachelor's degree is required, preferably InstructionalDesign
* Instructional Design (ID) experience
* Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience
* Adobe suite, Articulate, or captivate experience ispreferred
* Great communication skills, creativity, a sense of urgencyis critical to the success of this role
