Responsibilities

How Will You Contribute to the Company?

We're looking for a sales representative to sell to Small and Medium-sized companies via the telephone and internet in a defined geographic territory. The goal for the Inside Sales Representative is to grow our customer base and be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through the booked sale. Come be part of a first-class sales team.

What Will You Do?

  • Achieve territory sales objectives through sales of products and services to new customers
  • Identify sales opportunities through lead generation, follow-up, networking, and building relationships with potential customers, carriers, and partners
  • Adopt Cradlepoint sales methodology and adhere to our sales process
  • Make recommendations to prospective customers that align their business needs to our technology solutions and services
  • Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, and competitive offerings
  • Establish and maintain a clean and healthy pipeline
  • Provide accurate and dependable forecasts on a quarterly basis
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • AA (Marketing/Business preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Three (3+) years of experience in a sales role
  • Documented success achieving and exceeding assigned quotas
  • Experience in presenting a sales demonstration to the client
  • Consultative, solution-based sales methodology
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Bonus Points:
  • Successful B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on acquiring new customers
  • Experience selling to Directors and/or business owners
  • Experience with networks and/or cellular carriers
