Basic Job Functions:
- Assist the Inside Sales department in preparation and processing of all orders for the three Verco manufacturing facilities.
- Review purchase order documents, price quotations and material lists for clarity and accuracy.
- Check for and identify inaccuracies and discrepancies and work with the Inside Sales team and other departments for resolution.
- Communicate with customers to resolve problems and/or questions when necessary.
- Requires consistently accurate and fast alphanumeric data entry

Minimum Qualifications:
- Data entry experience, and 10-key skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with SAP
- Previous clerical or administrative experience
