Job Description Summary:
The Consumer In-Store and Digital Commerce team is looking for a hands-on technical leader who has full-stack knowledge and is experienced in building high performing teams. As part of our team, you'll join us in building new products and services for our In-Store Payments Team.
We are a fast-paced organization and we are looking for people who want to collaborate broadly and can lead with ambiguity. What you will do:

What do you need to succeed:
  • 10+ years of software development experience building scalable full stack applications and service-oriented architectures;
  • 4+ years of technical leadership and architectural guidance
  • Solid experience in hiring, mentoring and developing engineers
  • Solid knowledge of design patterns and engineering best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to grasp and convey complex product requirements and/or technical concepts
  • Experience with conflict management and resolution
