JOB DESCRIPTION
Accurately and timely process various documents for retrieval from the company document management system, Perceptive Content.
- Scan documents
- Perform QC and Data Entry
- Import Documents
- Verify Imported Documents
Collect weekly log sheets and maintain department imaging stats on Excel spreadsheet.
Maintain scanning equipment
Clean glass, rollers and other scanner parts
Call for repairs as needed
Assist Supervisor, to provide Perceptive Content administrative and technical support to associates
- Create new user profiles
- Configure ImageNow printers
- Search/and retrieval functions
- Access Perceptive Content Workflow and Knowledge Base
- Create process documentation for job duties that are assigned to you.
Provide mail room coverage, as needed during absences.
As needed, pitch in to provide facility services assistance to RO associates.
Perform other tasks and assignments as requested to assist in the overall efficient operation of the department and company.
Essential Skills:
Strong keyboarding skills. Must be able to type 50 WPM.
Proficient skills with Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
Willing to help others and work in a team environment.
Experience working with SAP business software a plus.
Experience working with Perceptive Content, B-Scan, and Image Now systems a plus.
