Location: Remote
Duration: 10-12 month contractor with high possibility to COnvert FTE

Summary:

Our client has an exciting opportunity in our IT group. We are looking for an Identity and Access Management Systems Engineer to be responsible for all aspects of the Omada environment. This position will work closely with business and IT teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs, define requirements, identify solutions through existing functionality or customizations, as well as develop specifications and procedures for developing, programming, testing, installing, and maintaining new or modified custom applications within the platform. This role assumes a high degree of knowledge on Identity Lifecycle Management solution-including advanced formal training and certifications-and deep skills in various front-end web development languages. Additionally, the ideal candidate possesses an independent initiative mindset and is a true self-starter.

This position is a cross between an engineer and a developer. The candidate will need to have be able to write code and procedures to configure out IAG solution to perform processes in an automated fashion. Additionally, they will be responsible for the daily monitoring of system health and making improvements in the system as needed to improve performance.

Team: Product team with 3 BAs, 2 Dev Engineers, 2 QA, a scrum master and product delivery manager. Very collaborative team working in kanban work methodology.

Must haves: IAM experience and IAM/IAG application experience (5 years)

Experience writing SQL queries, working with APIs, troubleshooting integration and system issues, and customer service experience to resolve issues

Omada IAG experience preferred but not required

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Build upon an understanding of LDAP-based identity stores

• Experience working with API development, XML and JSON

• Write SQL statements to interact with databases

• Utilize previous experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python

• Utilize previous experience with systems administration tasks for Windows and/or Linux

• Provide day to day administration of the Omada platform including troublshooting connection issues, addressing provisioning issues, maintaining groups and roles ensuring that these conform to the agreed standards for access to the platform

• Monitors health, usage, and overall compliance of Omada and its integrated applications

• Author and maintains technical documentation.

• Create clear and concise documentation utilizing the knowledgebase module within ServiceNow around known issues or workarounds for Omada

• Monitor work queue and work with teams to resolve support issues in the Omada platform

• Own and lead troubleshooting issues identifying the root cause and working with developers / engineers to address issues in a timely manner as required

• Participating proactively in standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives.

• Support the Omada solution, reviewing ticket backlog, prioritizing issues, and working them to resolution.

• Contribute to IAM Roadmap collaborating with process owners and participating in scrum ceremonies.

• Work with development, engineering, support, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification.

• Drive Continuous Improvement / LEAN capabilities across IAM technologies and processes

Basic Qualifications: (required)

• 5+ years of experience in IT environment

• 5+ years of experience with Identity Lifecycle Management

• 3+ years' experience with administration, configuration, and scripting in an IAM SAAS Solution

• 1+ years of experience working within an agile environment

Preferred Qualifications: (desired)

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field

• Certifications: ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations Certificate

• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Knowledge of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) and experience in participating in 3rd party audits, including the PCI Report on Compliance

• Knowledge of SOX Controls
