Position Summary

Carry out cleaning, checking, and assembly of component parts quickly and efficiently for I.A.B. subassemblies/assemblies. To manufacture/test IAB sub-assemblies and accessories in a cleanroom environment. To utilize a wide range of equipment, fixtures, gages and hand tools to manufacture assemble, and test IAB sub-assemblies and accessories. To maintain all logs, forms, and resulting paperwork.

Principal Responsibilities

Compliance to all work instructions, Quality regulations, SOP's, WI, GMP's and GDP's in the effort to manufacture high-quality medical devices at all times.
• Cuts materials to specification.
• Coating and sanding subassembly parts.
• Cleans and washes subassembly parts.
• Package balloons prior to sterilization.
• Tests and checks subassemblies for flaws.
• Crosstrain in different jobs (IAB, Pumps and Right Heart)
• Support business needs by working overtime on an as-needed basis.

Education / Experience Requirements

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
