Hybrid Remote - HR Payroll Specialist If you are an HR Specialist with a strong payroll processing background, please read on!

This position requires you to work on-site, in the office, 3 days/week.

What You Will Be Doing - Work on an HR Shared Services Team of 9 members
- Collaborate with our HRIS, Local Plans, and HR Partners

Help manage the following items:

- Employee Stock Purchase Program
- Payroll Processing
- Benefit/Processing Back-up
- Data Integrity: Prepare routine audits of Payroll/Kronos system
- Reporting: Run a variety of reports via ADP, Kronos, Benefit Solver or SAP based on customer needs
- Compensation: Support the Compensation Manager during annual Merit Cycle; Job Evaluation Process, Assist with Annual Comp Statements
- Payroll Processes Documentation
- Leave Administration Back-up;
- Continue to keep up to date on ADA
- 401(k) Administration Back-up
What You Need for this Position - Bachelor's Degree OR 5 years of direct work experience
- Strong understanding of HR/Payroll/Benefit systems
- Knowledge of human resources regulations, and state and federal employment law.
- Knowledge of FMLA and ADA guidelines and requirements.
- Experience with the following systems: SAP Cloud/SAP Employee Central Payroll/ADP Payroll/Kronos Time & Attendance
