LB&B Associates Inc., a diversified services company, is currently seeking an HVAC Mechanic for its contract to provide mechanical maintenance services at the Mecklenburg County Courts in Charlotte, NC.

HVAC Mechanic must have a minimum of five (5) years commercial HVAC level experience working on commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.

• HVAC Mechanic must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAV components, and various HVAC equipment and building systems
• Ideal candidates will also possess general maintenance knowledge on how to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience and knowledgeable of theory related to Johnson Controls or similar systems, electrical and pneumatic instrumentation/controls and methods for testing, troubleshooting and calibrating such devices and systems highly desired.
• EPA Universal or CFC Certification required.

Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
