Worcester Eisenbrandt, a historic restoration construction company, is looking for a Human Resources Generalist for its Baltimore office. Excellent benefits.

A Human Resources Generalist:

  • Supports human resources processes by scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining employee records, recruitment, employee relations;
  • Recruiting suitable candidates to fill open job opportunities within the company, adhering to employment laws;
  • Manages Jazz (applicant tracking system) to ensure compliance with federal contractor guidelines;
  • Monitors and manage candidate workflow;
  • Assists in managing the outreach to Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities
  • Is responsible for the initial screening of applicants
  • Ensures all candidate interaction, details, and notes are accurately documented in Applicant Tracking System (Jazz);
  • Conducts employment related research and assists recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing of qualified candidates;
  • Is responsible for the maintenance of employee files;
  • Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation;
  • Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative;
  • Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data;
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential;
  • Document outreach efforts;
  • Employee relations and employee event planning;
  • Accountable for ensuring all applicant records are compliance
  • Badging of employee client construction sites.
Required Experience
  • Knowledge of employment Laws
  • Proficiency with social media
  • Experience utilizing various technical tools to source, screen and identify qualified candidates
  • Experience in recruiting;
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft suite
Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
