Description:
Judge Group is actively seeking a LOCAL Human Resources Manager for a Fortune 100 company in the Lawrence, MA area. The right candidate will have a bachelor's degree, and progressive HR experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the career planning and success for the division
- Asses current leadership issues
- Facilities talent reviews
- Develop internal candidates to promote from within
- Recommend training and development needs
- Manage career development plans
- Provide internal consulting and services to management and staff to drive organizational change
- Support strategies for Talent and Development, Diversity and Inclusion
- Oversee performance management processes and work with management to processes and identify training and development needs
- Work directly with TA to coordinate recruitment process
- Ensure HR strategies are included in all business strategy plans
- Identify specific skills and headcount requirements
- Acts as liaison between associates, management, and all HR functions
- Ensure effective communication to associates on corporate policies and practices
- Provide compensation guidance to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years HR management experience
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Success record in driving positive culture
- Ability to adapt to change
- Work with and through others to drive results
- Ability to maintain business relationships through all areas of the company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
