We are currently seeking a HRIS Coordinator to join the team. As our HRIS Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the human resource function, including record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry, payroll, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities of theHRIS Coordinator:

  • Support the HR field team with Workday administration including hires, transfers, promotions, demotions, lateral moves, compensation adjustments, one-time payments, terminations processes
  • Train HR system users on basic functionality and new features
  • Support the Benefit enrollment process including open enrollment and new hire enrollment
  • Assist team members with minor payroll issues escalating to Payroll Managers for more complex matters
  • Coordinate with Leave of Absence administration to resolve questions related to LOAs in a timely manner for internal team members
  • Perform audits of HR system to ensure data accuracy, integrity maintenance, reporting and data analysis
  • Escalate more specialty support to the appropriate HR team and maintains status until resolution
  • Export and deliver reports from HR system
Required Qualifications of theHRIS Coordinator:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications of theHRIS Coordinator:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years HRIS administration experience
