HR Business Partner Healthcare Research & Development USWe are excited to offer an HR Business Partner role with end-to-end accountability, supporting Healthcare's Global Research & Development and Business Development organizations. This role is comprised of strategic HR BP work, hands-on employee solutions, as well as project responsibility.A core member of our global HR Business Partner team, you will play a leading role as the responsible HR BP for our Billerica hub as well as with your expertise in US labor law and regulations. You will partner with our Billerica Campus Head to identify campus needs on all organizational and people related matters, establishing a compelling people strategy that addresses attraction, retention, and engagement opportunities. You will also be a trusted advisor for managers globally and global HR BP colleagues on all employee-lifecycle topics in Healthcare's US organizations. Finally, you will work hand in hand with HR Business Partner colleagues from across our global HR function to drive global initiatives and coordinate local implementation. Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Human Resources with proven HR Business Partner responsibility on employee lifecycle topicsDeep expertise of HR regulations, applicable laws and requirements in the US, including local specifics for Massachusetts

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Experience in partnering with leaders that carry a Healthcare, scientific or technical background is considered a plusExcellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data and people analytics for decision making Independent work style, committed to results and solutions, and effective at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced growing environmentExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to collaborate with business leaders and track record in effectively influencing stakeholders without authority
