Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Steel Auburn, Inc. is seeking a candidate for the position of Human Resources Supervisor. The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department including, but not limited to, coach and develop the Human Resource team, administer all benefit related programs, evaluate and coordinate training initiatives, oversee corporate HR reporting requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, implement, communicate and interpret personnel policies (i.e. sick leave, disability, FMLA, etc.) and proactively prepare various team member communications and notices. The Human Resource Supervisor will also oversee compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and have a lead role in the administration of all employment related processes (recruitment, hiring process, interviewing, new teammate orientation and AAP).
