HR Coordinator - Operations

What You'll Do:

ROLE SNAPSHOT 

The HR Operations Coordinator executes various HR Operations processes and procedures for the company while providing unmatched customer service to our employees. This individual is responsible for processing and maintaining payroll and benefit related records including but not limited to processing of new hires, terminations, and employee changes including leaves of absence, group health, life and disability insurance in our various HR and Payroll Systems. 

KEY DUTIES 

 Benefit & Payroll Administration 

·         Assists when needed with the administration of company health and welfare plans including benefit plan enrollments and terminations 

·         Coordinates payroll related changes due to leave of absence and FMLA leaves 

·         Processes required documents through payroll, short term disability providers and long-term disability providers to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions 

·         Coordinates payroll data entry for new hires, terms and employee changes 

·         Manages and coordinates any benefits related to court orders, such as medical support orders and domestic relations orders 

·         Coordinates Wellbeing program seminars and monthly challenges 

 Customer Service 

·         Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions/ Knows where to send team members to get questions answered if unable to do so 

·         Addresses routine payroll and benefits questions from team members and management in a timely manner 

·         Communicates and handles incoming and outgoing electronic HR communications on behalf of the HR Operations department 

Other 

·         Assists with reconciliation and regular audits between payroll, HRIS, and benefit plans 

·         Coordinates the maintenance of electronic employee records or files 

·         Coordinates upload of Equity Agreements and Compensation Plans in ADP DocCloud 

·         Maintains content on HR SharePoint site 

·         Accepts other duties as assigned to promote the accomplishment of organizational goals 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

·         College degree preferred or equivalent work experience 

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

·         Excellent organizational and time management skills 

·         Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word or similar software  

·         Strong attention to detail and appreciation for accuracy 

·         Ability to prioritize and organize workload, multi-task, adapt quickly to change and deliver under the pressure of deadlines 

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of honesty and integrity
