What You Will Be Doing This is a "hybrid" role where you will report a few days a week to the office in La Jolla, San Diego, CA. As a Human Resources Manager you will be an advocate for assisting your company's philosophies, morals, values, social interaction, social responsibility, and integrity. Experienced with managing monthly, annual, and quarterly payrolls. You will facilitate company's hiring, onboardings, existing employees, and terminations. You're partnering with third parties agencies such as unemployment, benefits, and more. Experienced with facilitating employee issues and conflicts making sure conflicts become fully resolved. You will organize company wide obligatory trainings and employee surveys that are required. You will uphold compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ACA, general employment laws, and more.
