A cloud-based software company in North Austin is hiring an HR Manager to partner with their COO and own multiple aspects of HR. This individual will oversee one HR Coordinator and help grow the start up to its potential! This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

-Manage strategic recruiting and pipelining efforts and delegate recruiting efforts

-Assist the COO in employee relations, People Operations planning, and new employee onboarding/benefits

-Maintain employee files

-Manage performance reviews and compensation adjustments

Requirements:

-4+ years in a related HR role, some management experience strongly preferred

-Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience

-Experience in a start up preferred but not required
