Job Summary
The Intern job duties will entail migrating department documents located on the network drive to the Human Resources Management Sharepoint site. In addition, the intern will have the opportunity to receive mentorship from HR professionals in a corporate team environment. The intern will work alongside the CCM Human Resources team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Migrates department documents from network drives to Human Resources Sharepoint site
* Assists HR department in reviewing documents to confirm information is up-to-date and relevant
* Assists HR department with updating and saving HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and other related documents onto Human Resources Sharepoint site
* Escalates potential roadblocks impacting project, as needed.
* Other duties assigned, as time permits
Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe, and Teams)
* Experience working in a collaborative team environment
* Intuitiveness with an ability to identify and solve problems related to
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Must be able to start May 2023
Education and Experience:
* Must be currently attending an accredited college or university studying Human Resources, Business Management, or related major
* Must be a Junior or Senior
