Our client, a law firm in Washington, DC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team!

About You:

• A Bachelor's degree is required for this role
• 4+ years of HR experience are required for this role.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Extremely detail oriented, organized, and possess strong time management skills.

The Job:

• Managing full lifecycle recruiting including onboarding and offboarding.
• Point of contact for application process.
• Coordinating in new hire orientation and logistics.
• Preparing associate reviews.
• Managing reports.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
