A law firm in Chicago is seeking an HR Communications Analyst to join their team. This person is a shared resource for the HR department and assists with the planning process and communications plan for open enrollment, works with the benefits and well-being teams to update policies, serves as a ghost writer for leadership communications, works with the design team for benefits, new hire guides, and open enrollment communications; and works with the intranet administration team to keep benefit and well-being pages, staff and lawyer manuals, and other HR information updated.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Superior knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of AP Style
Web content management experience
