A local restaurant is growing and needs an energetic individual to join their corporate team! This personal will be the right hand to the HR department, helping on a number of HR and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move into the HR world with a cool Austin company who isn't afraid to dive in head first!

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
• Communicating with restaurant locations to determine hiring and HR needs
• Partnering with payroll to assist with data entry

Required experience:

• Exposure to HRIS systems preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Excellent communication and follow up
• Drive to take initiative
