Our client, a well-established financial services firm, is seeking an HR Analyst to join their New York team. Your focus in this role will include supporting the facilitation of HR responsibilities such as tracking Visa documentation and providing immigration support, facilitating onboarding and new hire orientation, writing job descriptions, coordinating offer letters, conducing month end and performance management reporting, and maintaining org charts. Other day to day responsibilities will include partnering with the Payroll team to ensure new hire and termination data is properly documented, supporting the summer intern program, and assisting with HR Audits. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, strong prioritization and multitasking capabilities, be highly detail oriented, and have strong problem solving skills. Requirements:

• 3+ years of HR experience in financial services
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Exceptional problem solving capabilities
