Our client, a reputable non-profit is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their busy HR Department in Philly! If you are looking to apply your HR skills in a busy environment, then this is the role for you!

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • 1+ year of HR experience is required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Day to Day:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Executive Administrator of HR and department
  • Handle employee verifications
  • Maintain employee information and files
  • Assist with the recruitment process
  • Handle department files and correspondence
