Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse

Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health RN sought for 13 week assignment with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 day shifts M-F with some on call and weekend coverage expected (can be discussed in interview). Coverage area is the Enid, Ponca, and Woodward region.

Minimum Requirements: 1 year HH experience w/i last 3 years, HCHB experience highly preferred, OASIS experience highly preferred
