What You Will Be Doing You will lead business development activities, participate in strategic planning sessions, and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and industry sources. You will also be responsible for ensuring the financial performance of the Community College market sector and ensuring that all deliverables meet our quality control standards.

To be successful in this role, you should be an inspirational team leader with strong communication skills and the ability to guide and motivate personnel. You should also have a strategic understanding of the local region and market segment, as well as knowledge of the value and benefit of integrated and sustainable design.
