Position Summary:

• Configure and deploy pcs for new employees.
• Provide new employees with some level 2 support for recently deployed pcs
• Seeking a full time IT Field Technician to join our team.
• You will be responsible for imaging, deploying and disposing of PC equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, image and deploy desktops, laptops and tablets with current image, applications and security updates
• Dispose of existing desktops, laptops and tablets Resolve any issues reported by users during the pc refresh or deployment process
• Required: The ability to properly setup, configure and install pc hardware (desktops, tablets, printers)
• Good Understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 and how to troubleshoot Excellent problem solving skills
• The ability to build rapport with clients and communicate clearly A professional and positive demeanor Self-motivated with good time management skills and the ability to multi-task
• Collaborate well with others Local travel Use of personal vehicle
• Qualifications: 2 – 5 years’ experience imaging, installing and supporting PC’s Comp TIA A+
