We are hiring a helpdesk/desktop support to start immediately for a Law Firm in newport beach.

• This is a 4 to 6 weeks' contract position with possibility to hire (most likely with candidate with law firm experience)
• This is 100% on site in newport beach
• Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Providing on-site/as needed desk side training to local branch users for convenience tasks.
• Responsible for handling phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, document management system, standard Windows desktop applications, phone systems and other technologies.
• Providing hands on support, when necessary, to identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network related problems experienced by end users in a multi-site network.
• Utilizing Service Desk application to update, resolve, and/or escalate, incidents, requests and problems in a timely manner.
• Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation pool.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Strong desire to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail, ability to balance multiple projects and strong time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency supporting Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint)
