RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Corona, CA that is seeking a Help Desk Support.Responsibilities:
  • The Help Desk Support provides Level 1 and Level 2 support; Helpdesk needs include phone support, handling minor triage issues with basic troubleshooting and escalating all other issues to Level 2 and 3 support
  • Maintaining, developing and supporting personal computers, servers, local and wide area network, software, and data communications technologies throughout the Firm, to maximize Firm-wide productivity and minimize system downtime
  • As a Help Desk Support, this role assists with Helpdesk duties and installs hardware and software


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years of technical training/education or equivalent is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills along with solid technical aptitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and working in different operating systems
  • Able to troubleshoot internet browsers, smart phones and tablets is a plus
  • Able to multitask, skilled in providing problem resolution, good verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment with an average of 50 calls per day
  • There is a requirement to be available for any shift based on business needs in a 24x7 environment; Work is 100% onsite


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
