Company Intro:

We are a brand new venture capital firm with over $100M in assets under our management. We are looking to hire a highly experienced Head of Investor Relations to manage our investor relationships and support our next fundraising goal of $500M.

We invest in bold tech entrepreneurs from Seed to late stage, across industries like bio + healthcare, consumer, crypto, enterprise, fintech, games. We are poised to launch and grow exponentially and invite you to join us!
What You Will Be Doing You will support and coach the IR team helping with investor reports, financial analysis and investor presentations where needed. You will also build relationships with fund prospective investors ranging from Family Offices to Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Funds. This is an exciting role for someone with great experience and investor relations.
What You Need for this Position At least 8 years of experience in:
- Fundraising, preferred track record of raising $1B +
- Private Equity
- Investment Fund
- Financial Modeling
- Client Facing
- Top Tier Investment Executive Experience
