Relentless pursuit of better

You'll be responsible for end-to-end product management for Western Union Business Solutions products within the Education & Medical verticals. You will lead a small team of product managers and use your influencing skills across various stakeholders to drive revenue & performance. You'll manage the P&L for your business line and work with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and efficiencies while increasing value to our customers. You will be tasked with introducing and directing product enhancement features to help customer satisfaction and resolve business issues. You will need to keep up to date with the industry trends and interacting with customer regularly to understand processes and pain points.

For such a critical role, you will need to have progressive product management experience and have a detailed understanding of the payments industry, from players to current trends. If you have previously worked within a financial services or the FinTech industry, this is also desirable. You will need to demonstrate that you have successfully launched growing products in a business-to-business environment and can lead and inspire a team. Being an effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills is a must. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.
