RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Global HR Advisor in San Diego, CA.Overview:The People Experience Team is within the People & Places organization. HR Connect sits within the People Experience Team which includes: HRC, Experience Solutions (content), Employee Relations and Ethics and Investigations. We partner across the various COE's which are specialized program teams, as well as the HR Line (HRBP's). While HR Connect is not new, the People Experience Team recently came together in 2020 and we are defining purpose and role clarity across all teams, ensuring we are organized and resourced appropriately.Summary:We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated HR professional to join the People Experience Team. This individual will have the opportunity to influence at all levels, but primary interaction will be with program managers and the HR Connect channel teams. They will partner across People & Places to identify opportunities for improvement in employee experiences, leveraging insights from data and voice of customer. They must be able to partner effectively to design and launch pain free employee experiences at scale, with integrated help solutions at point of need. They should be able to think E2E and strategize, while leveraging data and insights to determine program effectiveness. Some project/program management experience would be helpful as they ramp up to support several initiatives and projects this team is taking on. This person should expect to stay deeply connected with internal HR teams as a key partner in helping to address site wide opportunities from both an experience and compliance perspective. They will be leveraged to provide support to employees on HR related questions and concerns.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role partnering with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate deep customer obsession and drive to deliver exceptional employee experiences
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
  • Proven experience identifying and driving change, and building this capability in others
  • Deep understanding of a matrixed organization and experience with working in a fast-paced technology company while collaborating with technical teams
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment using strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to build strategic working relationships in a globally distributed, virtual environment
  • Must be located on the West Coast
