Contract Position

Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance services and emergent support for all positive feed equipment and other pneumatic tools at BSC across all shifts.
• Able to join a team with a positive work culture.
• Pick up and deliver tools in need of repair/replacement
  Makes minor and major repairs on tools collected from across the site
• Perform manufacture, assembly and fabrication of tools.
• Operate various factory support equipment to move materials, product, and tools as required.
• Provide tooling support to other organizations
• Coordinate tooling swaps and replacements
• Assist in determining fabrication and assembly processes for the design.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED combined with 1 + year of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be willing to work train on 1st shift and support a 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.
• Must be able to work some weekends
• Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
• 1+ years of experience with the set-up, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of machine tools
• 1+ years of experience in repairing, maintaining, construction, and/or the inspection of tools, dies, jigs, powerfeed, etc.
• Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 6+ months of experience repairing, setting-up and performing general maintenance on tools
  • 6+ months of experience documenting tool repairs and managing tool inventory
