LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking a General Clerk III for its contract to provide mechanical operations and maintenance services for the General Services Administration for the Federal Records Center in Overland, MO. Position reports to the Project Manager.
A minimum of four (4) years related office administrative experience and a High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Duties for the position include.

Typical duties include: operating a multi-line phone system, assisting in a variety of administrative matters; maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically); verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; compiling information; and handling and adjusting complaints. Must be very comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Maximo CMMS software experience is a plus.
