Job Description
This is a People Leader role supporting the Record to Report (RTR) Global Process Transformation. In addition to leading global process transformation activities for projects within RTR, a significant responsibility of this role will be to work with the Global Process Owner and Project Management Office to prioritize current/future state documentation and ensure adherence to Bill of Process for all projects, and start to build a sustainable process governance model. The lead analyst will also supervise an analyst who will be responsible for coaching the RTR transformation teams in proper application of the BPMS tools and methodology. Work involves a high-level of initiative, creativity, problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels (from Analyst to Leadership). This position is well-suited to a strong senior analyst that is a self-starter with superior communication skills.
The GBS Global Process Transformation Lead will provide expertise, assistance and support to management and business stakeholders by facilitating, gathering and analyzing information using standard tools and approaches to support process optimization and end-to-end visibility.
Core Responsibilities include:
- Meet with enterprise stakeholders to identify, understand and document end-to-end business processes
- Review and develop process documentation on current processes with a view towards continual improvement
- Perform business process re-engineering, requirements definition, process analysis and design, workflow analysis, and developing as-is and to-be business processes
- Assist in the identification and development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to objectively and continually assess process performance and determine process health
- Provide a strategic point of view on where to focus efforts and resources on standardization and process improvement to drive optimal value
- Support occasional process benchmarking activities with internal and/or external partners
- Facilitate training and provide coaching in business process management methodologies
- Identify, define, and prioritize, in coordination with process stakeholders, standardization and process improvement opportunities across the end-to-end process
- Support process optimization by performing strategic evaluation of existing framework methodology and suggesting improvements
- Identify and escalate opportunities to leverage new technologies such as robotic process automation to drive efficiencies
- Establish strong relationships with all levels of business cross-functional stakeholders, manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions to ensure information flow, transparency, collaboration and effective execution of solution aligned to business needs
- Communicate project progress and outcomes to all levels of the organization

Additional Job DescriptionQualifications, Skills & Knowledge:
- A Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
- (Preferred) CPA, MBA, or equivalent
- Finance related experience (e.g., financial planning, recording, consolidations, or internal/external reporting)
- Experience using Power BI
- Strong client / customer service skills and ability to listen and action the voice of the customer
- Maintain effectiveness in continually evolving environment
- The ability to be a change agent, using influence, education and persuasion to build relationships and gain support for difficult changes
- Ability to rethink existing processes and design a future state aligned with a newly envisioned operating model
- Experience with project and/or program management
- Ability to take a strategic and transformational point of view on an opportunity or project
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally in a collaborative, inclusive manner
- Experience leveraging Operational Excellence, Lean, or other structured methodologies to solve complex problems
