Job Family Description:Experience Required* 3+ years of experience as an Agility Lead within a large-scale enterprise environment * 3+ years of experience in organizational design and transformation within a large-scale enterprise environment preferred* Highly skilled facilitation and teaching capabilities to handle small (40 people) workshops and/or trainings Demonstrated ability to act as Scrum Master and influence policy for up to 3 teams and/or newly formed teams with additional complexity and ambiguity via:* Application of Scrum/Agile principles at scale.* Ability to flex approach based on the needs of the team/organization * Understand team dynamics and organizational boundaries / constraints * Ability to use facilitation skills to help unlock self-organization, autonomy and creativity in the team * Ability to lead Design Thinking / Strategy Sessions * Solid and proven understanding of various Agile frameworks * Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Share Point * Estimation and Planning skills to help the Team to ensure they have a healthy backlog Exhibit a deep passion for continuous learning and provide knowledge gained throughout the entire organization, beyond the team and line of business, and facilitate classes, workshops, and Agile sharing events (e.g. Agile Hangouts, Community of Practice)About BCforward: BCforward began as an IT business solutions and staffing firm.
