Job Details:

SUMMARY: The position holder will work in our Domestic Claims group providing support to Claim leaders and will be assigned project work involving data collection, analysis and processing claims.

• Willing to learn carrier disposition,
• Answer incoming calls,
• Monitoring shared emails from internal and external customers and demonstrate proficiency in the utilization of all data management systems.
• Familiarize self with all aspects of Claims process right from the source location to the final customer.
• Individual will interact and gain exposure to other areas within supply chain including but not limited to: Sales, Quality assurance, scheduling transportation, international sales and distribution.

Our Claims Administrators are expected to contribute to our success through innovative ideas and value creation. This position will receive direction and provide those results to our Senior Leadership team. This position will include working one Saturday a month.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent. Some post-secondary education in general office and clerical skills preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of one-year administrative clerical experience.
• Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills. Microsoft Office knowledge is essential.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Special Skills: Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to multi-task prioritizes tasks and possess extensive organizational skills are necessary in this position.
