Our client is a luxury beauty brand hiring a Freelance Graphic Designer for 2 days/week.

This position starts ASAP, ongoing. It is 100% remote, but you will be required to work EST hours.

Responsibilities:
 


Create image layouts for brand imagery and campaigns, working with the creative team.
Ensure the creative direction, ethos, and consistency of the brand are adhered to through the applied use of branding, including logos, typefaces, and imagery across all disciplines.
Design of print collateral such as mailers, press materials, invitations, etc.
Adapt visual layouts to various formats requested from the Marketing team, PR team, Visual Merchandising team, etc.
Design of presentations for internal and external use with great attention to detail.
Packaging Design
Development for each element of packaging for new products using existing templates.
Create/update mechanical files when needed.
Gather and manage all assets required for packaging design.
Develop and execute innovative digital design solutions for fredericmalle.com and revue.FM
Design blasts based on direction from the Digital team.
Formatting assets for digital retailers and affiliates.
Work with Image Director on formatting images for social requests.



Qualifications


4+ years of experience in Graphic Design working either in-house, at an agency, or for an established studio
Bachelor’s degree or similar in Graphic Design
Ability to work within an existing luxury brand aesthetic and develop a best-in-class design for print, digital, events, social, and e-commerce. Leverage global assets, templates, design guides, global campaign imagery/video for projects and ensure precision in every touchpoint.
Strong communication skills to liaise with various teams, comfortable conducting business internationally.
Extensive understanding of print production, website design, advertising, and social media practices
