FMS Case Analyst, Mid
Key Role:
Support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case management from Pre-Letter of Offer and Acceptance through FMS Case closure, including all FMS case management aspects related to case development, such as building the financial cost estimate, working with the program of record for requirements and support efforts required, compiling the required data, building the case into a defense system, and following up to date IPO and DSCA policies. Manage FMS case execution by requesting funding documents and contract actions. Monitor contract execution, including preparing contract modification and purchase requisitions in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), post deliverables in Management Information System, International Logistics (MISIL), analyze contract financial reports, process standard funding documents, tracking charges and payments, financial reconciliation, and accounting and budgetary support. Provide support to shipment documentation 1149s and tracking those shipments through the Freight Forwarder or through commercial means. Create case amendments, modifications, and revisions in support of the execution of the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA). Create FMS case binders to capture all required document in support of the FMS case execution. Post supply service complete on FMS cases and prepare for cases to move into the closure process.
