CUMULUS MEDIA | Atlanta, GA has an immediate opening for a Financial Systems Analyst at the Corporate Office. The Financial Systems Analyst position offers the opportunity to work in a challenging and engaging environment with high visibility among executive leadership and provides cross-functional support and solutions to the Company's sales, operations, and various support functions. Additionally, the position will be deeply involved in the design and implementation of new financial and operational analytics and KPIs for senior leadership.

The Financial Systems Analyst position will be part of a small team that plays a critical role in developing and supporting the achievement of financial and operational objectives across our 400+ stations in 90+ markets and our Westwood One radio network by providing relevant, timely, and actionable analysis and insights to management and senior executives. The person will also be involved in the development of innovative financial and operational reporting and systems development initiatives. This role will play an integral part in guiding the future performance of the business and will enjoy ample opportunities to own independent work streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business owner for Workday Adaptive Planning system, including system design, operation and integration management
• Coordinate financial systems activities for the Cumulus Finance and Accounting groups, involving systems such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Great Plains, and Workday HR systems
• Key liaison with Cumulus Information Technology group
• Devise new approaches to integrate key enterprise financial and operational data to provide robust financial reporting and company performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support corporate and field reporting needs

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

• BS / BA degree required
• 2-5 years of experience in financial systems, with financial planning systems experience required (Workday Adaptive Planning experience strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with general ledger packages/ERP systems and human capital management systems (Great Plains and/or Workday HR experience preferred)
• Expertise in data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI or R
• Very strong quantitative analysis and report-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and a superb attention to detail
• High standards of excellence and pride in work
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to drive change and collaborate at all levels in an organization
• Proven and demonstrable ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Honesty, integrity, maturity, confidentiality, and the ability to exercise discretion in this position are critical
