Financial Controller *Job Title: * Financial Controller
*Job Location: * Chester Springs, PA
*Salary Range: * $130,000 - $150,000
*Requirements: * 7+ years, WIP, Project/Construction Accounting

We're looking you, our next Financial Controller, to help take our fast growing cyber security company to the next level. We are a team first company, who focuses on building a strong work culture with a great work-life balance. We're actively acquiring new companies and we're looking for you to help us in our post-acquisition assimilation!
What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for month end close, reconciliations, payroll and monthly WIP reports. In addition, you will supervise and develop our growing accounting team. You'll have the opportunity to help in implementing a new ERP system that will be rolled out internally and to our acquired companies!
What You Need for this Position *Must Have Skills: *
1.) 7+ years experience
2.) Project/Construction Accounting
3.) Financial Accounting/Analysis/Reconciliation/WIP Reports

*Pluses (Not required): *
1.) CPA or CFA
2.) Private Equity - Post acquired acquisition
