RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking to hire a Financial Analysis Project Manager in Boston, Massachusetts (MA).Summary:This client is a boutique investment firm with an international presence, a great team culture, and are currently growing rapidly. They also offer a strong benefits package including 401K, great hours, and bonuses. This role will work in a hybrid schedule.Responsibilities include:- Create visibility on cost drivers and profitability margins
- Lead FP&A in technology transformations
- Manage capital structure and balance sheet analyses
- Perform special projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- CFA and/or MBA is a plus
- 12-15 years of FP&A leadership experience and experience redesigning financial analyses
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to upper management
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI and Tableau is preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
