Cooley Dickinson Medical Group is excited to grow our thriving practices in Northampton, Hadley, and Amherst, MA. Cooley Dickinson Medical Group's Family Medicine practices are where providers are dedicated to advancing the health of individuals and families with compassionate, comprehensive primary care. All of our physicians are board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics and our practices are complemented by experienced advanced practice providers.

Integrated into our patient-centric practice is our organization's culture of provider balance and quality of life. At Cooley Dickinson, after-hours call is staffed by a robust Mass General Brigham provider care team of Advance Practice Providers and Registered Nurses who support all Cooley Dickinson primary care practices for evenings, weekends, and observed holidays.

Many of our family medicine practices share space with or are adjacent to many other Cooley Dickinson services for a one-stop health and wellness destination including OBGYN, the Diabetes Center, Infectious Diseases, General Surgical Care, Hampshire Cardiovascular Associates, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, Neurology, Spine Medicine, Integrated Behavioral Health, plus a lab/patient service center, Radiology & Imaging and Rehabilitation Services.

Compensation:

For a 1.0 FTE, this role has an annualize base compensation of $247,000 (guaranteed for years 1 & 2, then productivity-based) plus bonuses related to sign-on and retention.

The Northampton, MA area offers quintessential New England charm with access to big-city resources. The area is a dynamic arts and five-college community and has been named one of the best U.S. destinations for restaurants, theater, galleries, and overall quality of life by Leisure Magazine and other travel writers. In addition to arts and education, the area is also an outdoor lover's paradise, home to abundant hiking and water sport opportunities, and just 30 minutes from the Vermont border. Our location is also convenient to all rural and major metropolitan areas throughout New England including three major cities: Hartford (45 miles), Boston (100 miles), and New York City (150 miles).

About the organization:

Cooley Dickinson Hospital, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham, has a medical staff of approximately 500 active members (physicians and advanced practice clinicians). The system is comprised of the Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Cooley Dickinson Medical Group, as well as a VNA and Hospice. The system's 140-bed hospital annually admits 8600 patients, treats 34,000 emergency patients, and delivers approximately 600 babies. The VNA & Hospice averages 56,500 home care visits and serves an average of 400 hospice patients per year.
