Meta is seeking a Facility Support Manager to join our Facility Operations team. Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our software operates to meet the demands of our customers. The Facility Support Manager leads and manages a team to provide essential support functions to the broader Facility Operations team on site. The ideal candidate will possess data center/corporate real-estate/hospitality experience with exposure to and awareness of critical operations or other similar environments (e.g.: hospital) or have experience as a third-party manager to critical operations.This position's main function is to ensure procedures and processes, maintenance planning overview, repair activities and environmental health and safety on site - including budget review and fiscal planning.

<ul><li>Develop, mentor, and manage an onsite Facility Support Team: Process Coordinator, Maintenance Planning Coordinator, and Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator</li><li>Manage an on-site, third-party, Facility Operations staffing contract including budget execution, quarterly business reviews, contractor provisioning, single point of contact, work quality, and coordination</li><li>Drive the implementation of operational standards and policies that comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines, standards, and specific performance criteria</li><li>Plan, develop, and administer the facility program budgets, including operational budgets</li><li>Assist with review and provide recommendations regarding project and budget approval</li><li>Coordinate, improve and train on all programs related to maintenance planning and process development for the facility operations team</li><li>Serve as main point of contact for external regulatory agencies and third-party consultants</li><li>Track implementation, improvement, and training of standards on the campus-wide environmental, health & safety program</li><li>Develop cross-functional relationships with all onsite teams to improve and enhance operations</li><li>Be a site leader to drive a strong culture in line with Facebook's values, including being a strong safety culture champion</li><li>Motivated self-starter with a history of operating and delivering results through ambiguity</li><li>Responsible for oversight of critical and non-critical service contracts</li></ul>

<ul><li>3+ years experience working in large scale facilities or critical infrastructure management</li><li>3+ years experience managing people</li><li>Experienced in making decisions and working with minimal direction</li><li>Experienced in budget management</li><li>Experience leading a fast-paced, hands-on, start-up environment</li><li>Experienced in project management</li><li>Experienced in vendor management and negotiations</li><li>Experienced communicating at all levels of the organization and across teams</li><li>Experience in cross-functional, collaborative environments</li></ul>

<ul><li>Experience in varied facilities operations support functions</li><li>Excellent customer service recognition from multiple customers</li><li>Experience with training and certifying employees in their field of expertise</li><li>Experience with expenditure and budgeting process</li></ul>
