Duties and Responsibilities

(these are the positions essential duties and is not an all inclusive list)

Main areas of responsibilities can be:

• Perform, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning equipment and Roof Top Units
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems and provide appropriate solutions
• Repair or replace defective parts or components
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
• Experience with controllable thermostats - installation and monitoring of
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Installation of new equipment and repair of existing equipment
• Maintaining a proper inventory of equipment, supplies, and other necessary items required to perform duties assigned
• Enter purchase requisitions and invoicing needs, in alignment with working with vendors
• Building electrical experience
• Performing other duties as assigned
• Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation as this role supports all local Comau facilities.
