Job Title: Facilities Support Specialist.

Job Summary:
EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a Facilities Support Specialist. This can be performed remotely

Under general supervision, responsible for administrative support to critical account requirements. Reviews work order history to ensure all customer requirements have been met to include but not limited to photos being entered into CMMS by technicians and transferred into customer's work order management system. Conduct telephonic and electronic follow up and closing functions for open work orders on designated account in order to meet the contractual obligations of the client. Intent is to ensure work orders are completed on time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reviews work orders in EMCORVia to ensure contractual requirements have been met before transferring data to customer's internal work order management system.
  • Communicates on a regular basis with service providers via telephone to get work order updates.
  • Updates and performs uploads into system to work orders to reflect latest status.
  • Coordinates and communicates with account team to provide status update and escalate challenges when service providers have not met the contractual standards we have with our customer.
  • Ensures work order reassignments are notified to the account team representative for their action.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years customer service or clerical experience
  • Proficiency in MS Windows Applications, including MS Excel and Word.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, willing to go above and beyond to accomplish the mission.
  • Ability to work under pressure and constantly make correct decisions with limited input and determine when to escalate issues to the Facilities Manager/Supervisor or Account Manager.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all functions of the Operations Staff and Call Center Operations team to carry out the objectives of the program.
  • Ability to critically think and problem solve.
  • Ability to maintain a courteous, professional demeanor at all times.
  • Convey confidence in providing and receiving pertinent information.
  • Must be punctual, reliable and caring about their work ethic.
