Your Role:

Reporting into the Head of Strategic Talent Solutions for the Healthcare Sector, you will work with your global peers, sourcing team, HR colleagues and Business leaders to support executive recruitment and talent pool strategies. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle executive placement processes and support various strategic talent supply projects that support Healthcare's business strategies.

In partnership with your Talent Solution peers, and the Innovation Sourcing team, you will co-lead TA initiatives, provide expert consultation on the global executive search and sourcing process through internal insights/data, market intelligence and talent pool initiatives. You will create executive briefings, trend dashboards and track key TA projects for the business. You will execute with expert project management and collaboration skills. For senior leader searches, you will be the key point of contact to coordinate internal and external staffing and sourcing activities, to include all vendor partnerships and management. In addition, you will foster and promote a culture supportive of diversity and inclusion advancements.

As part of your role, you will also collaborate on the business's talent priorities by delivering on People Plans and Business Critical position talent pipelines. You will liaise on the build & buy talent strategies. In addition, you will support and leverage employer brand and social outreach activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A BA/BS Degree, business or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in talent acquisition, full-cycle recruiting for niche technical positions.
  • Proven ability working directly with senior executives and proactively advise stakeholders required.
  • Demonstrated skills in change & project management related to talent programs required.
  • Primary experience with establishing recruiting strategies in biotechnology, pharmaceutical or similar industry required.
  • Ability effectively navigate and leverage a global HR matrixed organization required.
  • Excellence in creating and delivering compelling presentations to senior leaders required.
  • Strong knowledge of competitive landscape in the US and global market knowledge required.
  • Fluent in executive compensation structures, immigration and global mobility packages required.
  • Ability to forecast candidate's long term needs and leverage strong negotiation skills to appropriately close candidates required.
  • Proven analytical expertise in compensation and data; ability to churn data into trends.
  • Experience with driving diversity and inclusion through talent initiatives.
  • Display a global mindset and able to quickly navigate regional nuances.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MA/MS preferred.
  • Recruiting for executive level roles is highly preferred.
  • HR and/or Talent Development experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional candidate sourcing skills and building executive talent pool required. International recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience with using and delivering candidate assessment profile tools a plus.
