Our client, a reputable consulting firm is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide direct support to their CEO in South Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to provide both professional and personal support to a busy executive on a day to day basis.

About You:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years' experience providing high level professional or personal support
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong technical skills

Day to Day:

• Handle scheduling, calendar and meeting management for the CEO
• Coordinate meeting logistics, take meeting minutes and prepare slide decks
• Handle personal and professional travel arrangements (domestic and international) for the CEO and family
• Handle internal and external communications for the CEO
• Perform daily tasks and various errands as needed
• Manage multiple business and personal projects
